Obituary for Deborah Lynn Adcox
Deborah Lynn Martin Adcox, age 61, of Atlanta, GA, passed away Wednesday, August 6th, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Bertie Martin. She is survived by her husband, Rev. Tim Adcox of Atlanta, GA, her brother Ronald Martin of Carrollton, TX, and her sister, Cherie Carter of Georgetown, TX.
Debbie was born on October 24, 1952 in Longview, TX. She received a bachelor’s degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and worked in business in the areas of administration and sales management.
Friends will be received on Saturday, August 9 from 5pm-7pm at Smoke Rise Baptist Church, 5901 Hugh Howell Road, Stone Mountain, GA 30087. A service celebrating the life of Debbie Adcox will be held on Sunday, August 10 at 3:00pm, at Smoke Rise Baptist Church with Rev. Ernie Forrester, Rev. Chris George and Rev. Kathy Dobbins officiating.
