The TJ Class of 1971 Reunion Committee is pleased to announce the date of our 55th year 
reunion. The date is April 27, 2026. The location is Tupinamba Cafe, a wonderful Mexican 
restaurant located at Walnut Hill Lane and Central, 4665 Central Expressway, Dallas. The 
tentative time is set from Noon to 4 PM. We will have the restaurant to ourselves as they are 
closed on Mondays.  

Our goal this year was to have a one day, informal, affordable event where everyone would have 
time to visit comfortably. By having the event on a Monday afternoon, you will have the 
weekend before, or Monday evening, for your own smaller party gatherings. Details on the menu 
and pricing won't be available until January when Tupinamba will know about any food cost 
increases, and we will begin registration sometime thereafter. We will only be able to offer one 
registration option, which will include a full Mexican buffet, tea, soft drinks, beer, wine, and 
margaritas.
